Unfortunately, a condom does not cover all of the genital area so it is still possible to catch even if you use condoms. Condoms are great protection for most STIs like HIV, chlamydia, syphilis and gonorrhea.like 22 said, you *can* catch genital warts through skin-to-skin contact with the genital area. Basically if it's covered by underwear, it's a potential source of the disease. Condoms obviously don't prevent this, but they do protect agains other nasty STDs.
You do *NOT* need to have sex to contract HPV, and it is most cewrtainly NOT spread through bodily fluids.
Rarely, you can get warts on the mouth, and they're now seeing a correlation between high-risk HPV infections and throat cancers in non-smokers.
